Easter will be Celebrated with all the joy and beauty and exuberance we can muster.  The Easter Vigil will be held at 9pm on Saturday 3rd April.  Even if people cannot attend the full Vigil Eucharist in the Church it is hoped that people can attend the lighting of the paschal fire outside the Church at 9pm.  The Light from the fire symbolises the light of Christ that conquers darkness.  From it the Easter Candle will be lit and carried into an unlit Church, dispelling the darkness from before it, a sign of Christ’s victory over death and a visible representation of our Hope in the Resurrection.

On Easter Sunday there will be a Festal Eucharist at 10.30a.m.  If the law allows we will also gather for Holy Communion at 9.00a.m.  There will be a recorded Easter service online.
